Capcom hasn't revealed its specific strategy for the Nintendo Switch beyond "Ace Attorney games are involved." The titles are slated to release after April of next year.

There are simple, low-cost ways Capcom could start supporting the Switch in earnest, e.g. ports of the Mega Man Legacy Collection games, a port of the Disney Afternoon collection, and a new HD collection of all the Ace Attorney games released to date. The company is pretty desperate for an affordable pick-me-up; hopefully its Switch plans will help pull it out of the red.
