Destiny 2 players have been reporting a bug in the Exodus Crash Strike that prevents them from proceeding after a certain point. Bungie appears to be aware of the issue too as the studio announced this morning that it will be switching out the Exodus Crash Strike for the Pyramidion Nightfall strike.
To mitigate issues encountered by players in the Exodus Crash Nightfall strike, this week's Nightfall has been changed to Pyramidion.— Bungie Help (@BungieHelp) October 18, 2017
During the Exodus Crash Nightfall Strike, there's a portion of the run where you're supposed to defend your Ghost for a certain amount of time. Afterwards, you and your team are tasked with heading to the "Exodus Black's Aft" where you'll need to analyze the Arc Pulses which will appear. The problem is that the Arc Pulses never appear for a lot of players, forcing them to either re-enter the zone in hopes of spawning the objective, or getting timed out of the Nightfall and failing.
Bungie rotated in the Exodus Crash Strike a second time without fixing the issue, causing many players on Reddit to lash out against the studio. Now, Bungie appears to be working on a fix which is why the Exodus Crash Nightfall Strike appears to have been swapped out for the Pyramidion. A strike which is not only unbroken, but actually quite popular.
