    If anything, this means Valve has to spend the damn money and hire some moderators that can shift through the tantrum throwing fits of pique from children who need to learn some damn accountability.

    And no, if Campo doesn't want anything to do with the Puke-epie, then good on them. I sure as hell wouldn't want my product to be connected to that overgrown cretin.

    @WiIIyTheAntelope Yes, because not wanting people to associate your products with an idiot spouting racial epithets is such a horrible thing.Edited 2 weeks ago by Unknown

    @WiIIyTheAntelope Silencing criticism for a game and wanting to distance yourself from some yuppie spouting racist language are not the same thing.Edited 2 weeks ago by Unknown

    Seriously, Campo does not want to be associated with Pukiepie in any way, shape, or form. What the hell are they supposed to do? As it stands, the DMCA is their only option.Edited 2 weeks ago by Unknown

    @Roto13 That's a pity to hear, because Berseria is a much better Tales game than Zestria is. For one; no fuck-boy shounen protagonist # eleventy billion. That such be at least a good reason to give it a look see, IMO.Edited 2 weeks ago by Unknown

    And this is why I NEVER plan to become someone that makes video games.

    I'd sooner stay in my kitchen jobs until I can't stand anymore than deal with that kind of nonsense. I got enough of my own to deal with.

    The racism in Infinite always bothered me for some reason and it wasn't until recently did I find out why;

    It doesn't work because it to paints Fitzroy and the Vox Populi, the downtrodden black and Irish, as no better than Fink and Comstock's racist fanatics. Sounds like the kind of refrain a racist politician would utter to try and defend racism at its core.

    Daisy and the Vox are fighting for their freedom from a group of people who see them as subhuman. And Columbia is a world that, like America, brutally and violently, crushes anyone that tries to shake the status quo.

    So, yeah, Ken Levine ain't as great as people think he is.

    Interesting;

    Ok, so, my cast goes for,

    Leader: Velvet Crowe from Tales of Berseria.
    Tank: Titania from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn.
    Mage: Cia from Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Warriors.
    Knight: Nier Gestalt from Nier Gestalt.
    Cleric: Bard from League of Legends.

    As far as group dynamics go; Velvet and Cia would maaaybe hit it off, considering both of them are driven to what they want to get no matter the cost and number of dead bodies they leave behind.

    They're both extremely powerful in what they do as Velvet is literally invincible as long as she is in a state called Therion, despite it draining her health.

    Cia is the Guardian of Time. Can't get much more powerful than that. Though, she has a soft spot for dumb nerdy guys in green tunics.

    Titania would be more of an examplar of the group, and she's a powerful tank that is sadly sidelined later in the game. I would think she would be of a more stricter influence than Nier is.

    And speaking of, Nier is dangerous. This we all know. He can relate to Velvet easily. Though, his methodology is questionable and leaves just as many people dead in his wake.

    Finally; Bard is Bard. A cosmic, wandering caretaker that only speaks in etheral horns and flutes. They're flightly, easily distracted, but is great support as they can heal, bind enemies, provide travel for the group, and can even stop time for a while.

    (I hope this is applicable, as not all of these characters are from JRPGs or turn based ones for that matter.)

    @KaiserWarrior When said enjoyment is shown to have a basis in harmful stereotypes concerning minorities, then you're pretty much showing yourself as unapologetic when it was initially pointed out and did nothing to correct it, especially when you refuse to acknowledge that what you've done was hurtful in the first place. Then you're just an asshole.

    But hey, it's just art, amirite?

    Or should we not even bother trying to break out of molds because diversity only seems to lead to strife? Because growing pains are a real thing when designers get out of the omnipresent white, straight male protagonist paradigm?Edited last month by Unknown

    @UnskippableCutscene
    Unintended or no, it was still a rather poor choice and when it was brought to the artist's attention, she made it abundantly clear she didn't care. (Not to mention her racist behavior as a turd topping on the cake, but that's pretty much redundant at this point.)

    So, no, this fanartist doesn't get a pass, knowing full well what she did.
