When the NES classic was announced I wanted it, but thought man, if they do super I REALLY want one. To this day I have never actually seen the NES classic in person. Not at a store, not at a friend's, never. So my hopes weren't high for SNES. I work practically on the same block as a GameStop, my brother texted me about pre-orders, and I made a run for it. I got there about ten minutes after the announcement, they had 8 consoles they could take orders for, and I was sixth. That's right, I got one!!! I cannot believe it. Anyway, while I was there 2 more ppl showed up in line after me and got the last 2. So at this store, in person, they sold out of theirs wigj

Metroid prime is Metroid perfected. It captures the isolation and mood of the series while being an absolute joy from start to finish. The best in the series and one of the greatest games of all time

People have a right to say what they wish...and people have a right to respond how they see fit. Obviously offensive particularly given the current political climate. I think it's downright frightening these people, these ideas, are increasingly comfortable and visible in our society

Ah, well that is reassuring. It's just sort of off putting to see Mario in that setting, especially when he is a human but does not have the dimensions of other human beings? Very strange at first glance. But, a first party Mario game in the vein of 64 and the Galaxies for the first time in several years....still right at the top of my most wanted list. Feels like it's been too long since we had a proper Mario game.

Fire Emblem Heroes is pretty much the first mobile game I've ever downloaded and actually enjoyed playing. The plot is absolute nonsense but the gameplay itself is surprisingly solid. I read somewhere, I think here on USgamer about how the game makes you want to jump into an actual FE game and I agree with that 100%. They're just so damn hard.... I guess I'll make it a gamer goal to beat one.... some day

I've always wanted to play VR since I was really little- I just don't understand how these cell phone head sets can be more powerful than VR for playstation? From what I've read/understand it seems like PSVR is the least powerful of all the options. I don't know much about the inner workings of tech but it's just hard for me to wrap my head around that these cell phones are outperforming the ps4 when it comes to VR.

I really think it's possible that this MIGHT be my favorite game of all time. I don't think I've been this hyped for a game since I was in elementary school counting down the days until I could get an N64 and Mario 64- I ended up getting an N64 for my birthday, which took up all of my birthday money and had no games for the damn thing for about 3 months (relying on rentals) until my parents came home and surprised me one day with a copy of Mario Kart 64 a game which the entire family played into the ground for YEARS

I'm really looking forward to playing re7 I'm really happy with the direction they seemed to take with it... not sure about this movie though, is it truly THAT necessary to tie it into the broader narrative of the RE series? If it is a natural fit that's one thing, but I don't think it necessarily has to be shoe horned in. I think it's possible, perhaps preferable, to have sort of stand alone stories as opposed to bloating the overall plot
