Kingdom Hearts 3 San Fransokyo Treasures - Big Hero 6 Walkthrough

San Fransokyo is the sprawling metropolis in which the Big Hero 6 operates. Here’s everything you need to know.

The last stop on our journey, at least as far as Disney worlds are concerned, is San Fransokyo. It’s home to the Big Hero 6, and presents the player with a semi-open area to play around in. To help you save Baymax, Hiro and Co from the evils of Organization XIII, we’ve put together this Kingdom Hearts 3 San Fransokyo walkthrough. We’ll lead you through where to find Treasure Chests in San Fransokyo, how to free Fred, Wasabi and Honey Lemon from the grips of the Microbots, and more.

For more on Kingdom Hearts 3, be sure to check out our Kingdom Hearts 3 Guides Hub. It’s where we’ll be collecting all of our Kingdom Hearts 3 Guides content. From Walkthroughs, to a look at Lucky Emblems, we’ve got you covered.

Kingdom Hearts 3 San Fransokyo Treasure

Upon arriving in San Fransokyo, it’s clear that not all is well with Baymax and the gang. Let’s take a look at how to proceed.

Arriving in San Fransokyo

Jake Green/USG

You’ll start off the San Fransokyo level of Kingdom Hearts 3 by standing on Golden gate bridge.

Jake Green/USG

First off, you need to take out the Heartless on the bridge. You’ll need to use cover shot, and then take on the big bad at the end.

Jake Green/USG

After a brief cutscene you’ll be in Hiro’s Garage. Here you can Save, Shop, and grab the Lucky Emblem on the board. Once you’re ready to head out, talk to Hiro.

Jake Green/USG

The next objective is to run through the rings all over San Fransokyo. It’s pretty simple, and you have plenty of time to do it. Back to Hiro’s Garage.

Jake Green/USG

There’s a Map Chest in this next area, so be sure to grab it. Defeat the Heartless ahead.

Jake Green/USG

Head towards the beacon that Hiro has placed on your map, and then defeat the Heartless. Next up is a Boss Fight.

Kingdom Hearts 3 San Fransokyo Dinosaur Boss Fight

Jake Green/USG

The next task is to take on the dinosaur Heartless boss. It’s a simple fight, though you will need to dodge its attacks regularly. When you move in for the kill, aim for the section halfway up its back to do more damage.

Jake Green/USG

After a while, the boss will retreat to the top of a nearby skyscraper. Run up there and attack the enemy’s tail to down it.

Jake Green/USG

After another cutscene, you’ll need to rescue the BIg Hero 6. First up is Go-Go. To save her, make your way to her beacon.

Jake Green/USG

You’ll need to shatter the enemy using the large red ball that can be found nearby. Jump on top of it and walk it into the enemy.

Jake Green/USG

Next up is Fred. You need to free the enemy’s tentacles from the lampposts. Dodge into the posts to break the chains. This will free Fred.

Jake Green/USG

Defeat the nearby Heartless for some nice loot.

Jake Green/USG

Next we have Honey Lemon. Head to the enemy and look for the small areas of colored light. Use the corresponding spells on each one to break them (water for blue, fire for orange, thunder for yellow).

Jake Green/USG

With Honey Lemon freed, it’s time to get Wasabi. Run up the side of the building. Drop down and use a dive attack to break the enemy.

Jake Green/USG

A boss fight now, with the mysterious Darkubes. This fight is simple once you realize you can only do damage to the cube at its core. Spend your time dodging until you can attack this core.

Jake Green/USG

Finally, we have Dark Baymax to contend with. Avoid his attacks while flying after him. Remember to shoot as you go, breaking obstacles and doing damage.

Jake Green/USG

For this final fight, use Interceptor Wing as much as possible, and keep your distance. Once you have downed Dark Baymax you’ll be all done.

Jake Green/USG

You’ll be awarded with the Nano Gear Keyblade.

Kingdom Hearts 3 San Fransokyo Treasure Chests

The first Treasure Chest to grab is found in the South Western area of the city.

Jake Green/USG

Treasure Chest number 2 is to the East, atop the tall rounded Skyscraper. It is under the landing pads.

Jake Green/USG

This Lower Ledge can be found on the building across the street from the last Chest.

Jake Green/USG

This one is found to the West of the City, underneath the boundary for the next area.

Jake Green/USG

This one is near the last one, atop the building with billboards on top. It is located in the center of these signs.

Jake Green/USG

There are red lights on this tall structure in the North Eastern corner of the City.

Jake Green/USG

This one is to the North East of the last one, and is found behind two air conditioning units.

There's a wide array of enemies to take down in the Big Hero 6 portion of Kingdom Hearts 3. There's the usual Heartless fodder, and some pretty formidable bosses.
