Fortnite Season 6 New Map Locations
As of right now, there’s a number of brand new locations scattered across the Fortnite Battle Royale map. Keep in mind that you can only access Season 6 once you’ve downloaded the latest patch 6.00 for the game on your platform.
Just below, we’ll make a list of all the brand new locations on the map right now, as well as detailing everything we know about them.
- Floating Islands - There's actually only one Floating Island in Fortnite Battle Royale, and while it began the season by hovering over what was once Loot Lake, it's now on the move around the map.
- Corn Fields - As of right now we're not entirely sure what the Corn Fields are, but it definitely fits with the Halloween theme for Fortnite Season 6.
- Corrupted Areas - These locations are where you can find the Shadow Stones, which let you temporarily turn invisible, perfect for an ambush.
- Haunted Castle - Further up the page, you can see our first screenshot of the Haunted Castle, which we can pretty safely assume will be a big location for Fortnite Season 6.
This brings us to the end of our Fortnite guide on all the new map locations that have been introduced for Season 6. Keep an eye on this guide however, as we’ll be updating with any new information that we uncover surrounding the new seasonal event.
