Right after the opening cinematic, you're given two choices during a conversation: Whether your approach will be lethal or nonlethal, and whether the weapon you're given is short or long range. The former is totally up to you and your playstyle, but it's probably a good idea to get the long range rifle. You can just use takedowns when you get close to someone.

After you jump off the first ledge, turn around and go through the airshaft grate to find some credits and a Triangle Code. Head back out and continue along the linear path. After some simple traversal and hacking tutorials, you're given several opportunities to be taken to a practice area for more in-depth tutorials on combat and sneaking. There are no consequences while you're practicing, and you can reset or exit them at any time. Make sure you take advantage of them so you know what you're doing as you proceed.

Soon, the linear path branches off into a lower and higher road, with a guard stationed on each. Your approach can either be quiet or loud, but either way, taking the high ground is always a good strategy. If you're using stealth, don't forget to utilize your Glass-Shield Cloaking System. As you continue on the upper floor, there will be a room branching off to the right. Take out the guards in there and turn left towards the unfinished wall. Leap over it and you'll see a gas-filled room below you. Gas is currently safe for you to breathe, but only for as long as you have the energy. Quickly get into the duct directly in front of you as you land, and you'll find yourself flanking a cluster of enemy soldiers. Wait for an opportunity when they're not looking and climb the ladder on your right.

Follow the path towards the waypoint, but before you get there, you should see a room on your right. Head in there and deal with the guards. There will be a green button by a set of machinery near the window. Press it to deactivate the signal booster and complete your secondary objective. Continue on to the waypoint.

After a cutscene, take the elevator down to the bottom floor and head towards Arun Singh, who is being shot at by a group of masked men. Rush in and neutralize some of them in order to ensure Singh survives. You won't have to worry as much about taking cover, as the sandstorm will give you cover, but don't linger in one spot for too long, so make sure you heal if your health gets too low. Try to run towards enemies on the way to Singh and use takedowns to neutralize them. Your Smart Vision will allow you to see enemies through the sandstorm. Once that's done, rush over to the helicopter and remove its battery to shut it down and complete the mission.
