Dragon Quest Builders 2 Fast Travel - How to Unlock Fast Travel in Dragon Quest Builders 2

Here's how to unlock fast travel in Dragon Quest Builders 2.

Fast travel isn't immediately available to you in the early goings of Dragon Quest Builders 2. Instead, you're going to have to manually unlock points around the map at which you can fast travel to. In this Dragon Quest Builders 2 fast travel guide, we'll be walking you through how to unlock fast travel in Dragon Quest 2, by activating certain items that you come across while exploring.

How to Unlock Fast Travel in Dragon Quest Builders 2

As we mentioned previously, you won't immediately have fast travel unlocked when you start Dragon Quest Builders 2. To begin unlocking it, you're going to have to journey with Malroth to Furrowfield, and meet Rosie and all the other villagers of the island.

Eventually as you progress the main story, you'll meet Britney, the blacksmith. Bring Britney back to the local town to meet Rosie, and she'll give you a quest to seek out a 'soil cleaning wiggly.' It's on this quest that you're going to uncover the ability to fast travel in Dragon Quest Builders 2.

When you're heading north towards the marker on the Isle of Awakening in Dragon Quest Builders 2, you'll come across two ratty NPCs. Speak to the one that has a question marker above his head, and he'll helpfully tell you that the object behind him on the pedestal is none other than a Navi-Globe.

Walk up to the Navi-Globe and activate it. The ball will now emit a bright blue light, and Dragon Quest Builders 2 will now let you know that you have activated fast travel in the game. Simply put, you can now warp back to this one particular Navi-Globe whenever you want, as long as you're not in combat.

But to fast travel to other areas in Dragon Quest Builders 2, you're going to have to find and interact with additional Navi-Globes. You're now going to have to venture out into the wilds of the game, while keeping an eye out for any more Navi-Globes so you can activate them, and save them for fast travel in the future.
