What Do Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Wildcards Do

Wildcards allow you make further changes to your loadout in Black Ops 4. They offer small tweaks that have the potential to make significant improvements to your game. They unlock new attachment slots, allow you a larger pool of Perks to choose from, and unlock the all-powerful Operator Mods. Wildcards are found in your Gear menu, and are separate from Perks and Attachments. We’ve included everything you need to know below.

Wildcards have the potential to give your loadouts a little extra bit of stopping power, depending on which ones you use. And while everyone will no doubt have their favorites, there are a few that are a hell of a lot more useful than the rest. We’ve listed these best Black Ops 4 Wildcards below:

  • Gluttony 1/2/3 - this Wildcard allows you to choose from the full range of Perks when assigning to slots 1, 2, and 3. This is incredibly useful, allowing you to stack up the best Perks in the game without any limit on which ones can go where.
  • Primary Operator Mod - as it stands, Operator Mods are very powerful. You’ll need this Wildcard to equip them though, so it’s definitely worth keeping in mind.
  • Primary Gunfighter 1/2/3 - having an extra attachment slot for your primary can be a huge help, making it possible to stabilize even the most recoil-heavy weapons.
