If the second Overwatch Halloween Terror event last year was any indicator, old skins making a return to the game should be obtainable for 3,000 in-game Overwatch coins.

However the Lunar New Year, Year of the Dog event isn't the only thing that will be making a return to Overwatch in February 2018, as Blizzard also revealed that the PvE Uprising mode will be making a comeback at some unspecified point in the future. There's also a planned celebration for the Overwatch anniversary in May 2018, just like there was at the same time last year.
