Each Animal you discover in Animal Crossing Pocket Camp specialises in one of five crafting resources: paper, cotton, preserves, steel, or wood. Each time you level up an Animal friend in Animal Crossing Pocket Camp you’ll be rewarded with some essence for that theme - which can then be used to help build amenities. It’s worth making friends with Animals as soon as they appear so you can access them again. If you’re building an amenity, make sure you populate your camp with as many Animals who like the same theme so you get the most friendship benefits out of the reveal.

How to Increase Friendship Level with Animals in Animal Crossing Pocket Camp
Animals in Animal Crossing Pocket Camp have a friendship level with you. You can raise this and earn more rewards (Bells and resources) by completing tasks for your Animal friends. You can view tasks on the game map, and when you approach an Animal a pop-up info bubble shows you if you have the items required to complete the task. Keep pleasing an Animal and your friendship rating will increase.
