Fortnite Forbidden Locations - How and Where to Dance in Different Forbidden Locations
Here's our complete guide covering how to dance in different forbidden dance locations in Fortnite.
They might have already featured in past seasons of Fortnite Battle Royale, but forbidden locations are back once again as part of the weekly challenges list. In this Fortnite Forbidden Locations guide, we'll be walking you through how to dance in forbidden locations in Fortnite, so you can have this challenge completed as soon as possible.
But, if you instead need any other details on the brand new season of Battle Royale, you’ll want to head over to our Fortnite Season 7 guide. Here you can find all the details you need on the brand new Battle Pass, as well as a full list of new skins.
Fortnite Forbidden Dance Locations
Firstly, this challenge makes up just one of the seven total challenges on offer for Fortnite Week 1. For a complete walkthrough of how to accomplish the six additional challenges available right now, head over to our Fortnite Week 1 Challenges guide.
On the map just below, we've highlighted where you can find all the forbidden locations on the Battle Royale map. Keep in mind that it'll take you multiple matches to have this challenge completed, as there's no physical way of making it to all points on the map in a single match.

What you’re looking for in one of these forbidden locations is a sign that prohibits dancing. You can see an image of the sign below, and if you see this marker, you’ll know you’re in the right place, and all you need to do is pull off an emote of any kind to check one location off your list. The sign you can see below is right next to the huge metal llama, immediately northwest from Junk Junction.

Next, you'll want to head to the top of the mountain immediately south from Pleasant Park. At the very top of this mountain, you can find the sign just below in the tiny clearing.

Just south and slightly east from Frosty Flights (where you can find all the planes), there's another sign.

Southwest from the previous location, at the very edge of the entire Fortnite Battle Royale map, you can find the sign below on the edge of a cliff.

Directly west of Wailing Woods, you can find the sign below, which is right next to a wooden stunt ramp leading off a cliff.

If you head northeast from the previous location, so that you're east of Risky Reels and north of Wailing Woods, you'll find another dancing sign perched on a small grassy hill.
And that’s all you need to know in order to complete the forbidden locations challenge for Fortnite Week 1. Now that we’re done here, you can check out our best Fortnite skins page, where we rank the top 25 cosmetic items in the game.
