The Division 2 has started to roll out for select players. And with it being a games as a service title and all, many players have been reporting server outages and performance drops. To help you keep track of the various errors that you might encounter whilst playing The Division 2, we’ve put together this Division 2 errors page. We’ll be collecting all of the known errors that players have been running into while playing The Division 2, and offering some fixes where applicable.

The Division 2 Servers Down
The Division 2 has just been released on Early Access for certain players. As such, there are fewer players trying to access the game than will likely be at launch. Even so, it is likely that there will be server drops during the first days, as has already been the case for some players.
The Division 2 Connecting to Online Services Error
One error that has been cropping up in The Division 2 is the ‘Connecting to Online Services’ error loop. This occurs when starting up the game, and sees the intro loading segment repeating itself over and over. This is likely due to strain on the servers at launch, though users have shown that quitting out of the game and restarting will fix it.
The Division 2 Crashing at Character Creation Screen
One of the most common bugs currently affecting players is one which causes the game to crash during the character creation screen. It is not known why this error is occurring, though keep in mind that you will not be able to change the face, body type and skin tone of your character once you’re done. It might be best then, to wait until there is a fix for this particular error.
The Division 2 ‘You’re Early Agent' Message
Given that The Division 2 is set to go live at different times depending on timezone, it might be confusing as to when you’ll be able to jump in. If you’re too early, you’ll be presented with a message stating ‘you’re early, agent’. This indicates that The Division 2 servers have not gone live in your area yet. It’s worth trying to get in though, as we were able to continue past this message and into the full game.
