Mass Effect Andromeda Gil: How to Romance

Mass Effect Andromeda Gil: How to Romance

A step by step walkthrough to get up close and personal with the the main Mass Effect Andromeda characters. To be blunt: this is how to have sex with them! Complete Romance Guide.

Gil isn't ever a member of your squad that goes out and complete missions, but you can almost always find him on the Tempest in the back of the ship - he's always back there tinkering around with something. His romance line is very straight forward. Just always pick the romantic dialog options when you speak to him. The rest of the romance line is controlled by how much of the main story you have completed. Required: Male Ryder.

If you're not bothered about getting cosy with Gil, perhaps the content on our Mass Effect Andromeda Guide and Mission Walkthrough will be of interest. It's full of useful articles, including general guides to romancing, a look at AVP and Cryo Pods, Skills, and Crafting.

Mass Effect Andromeda Gil - How to Romance

Gil can be found about the Nomad just above where Vetra and Liam are located. He'll tell you how excited he was to get off the Nexus and how excited he was when you showed up. Choose the romantic dialog choice, "I do more than show up."

After you visit Aya, find him once again on the Tempest and flirt with him. Choose the dialog option "And now what?" That will keep the romance alive. The next conversation with Gil won't be unlocked until you complete the mission "A Trail of Hope." Find him in the same place and hit him with the "Slow down, big guy."

Once you complete "Hunting the Archon," check your email to find an invitation from Gil to meet him on Prodromos. Head there and speak to him. This is where you'll be able to fully commit to him. This will lock out any other romance lines that you have been pursuing. Once you commit to him, head back to the Tempest and check your email. You can meet Gil in the Pathfinder's Quarters to finish his romance line.

Similar to Suvi for female Ryder, Gil doesn't take much to romance. His romance line progresses as long as you're progressing through the main game. If you're looking for more love in the galaxy than just Gil, check out the romance guides for Jaal, Suvi, Liam, Vetra, Cora and Peebee.

If you'd rather take a break from the pains for love, head over to our guide on how to solve Remnant Puzzles, our overview on AVP and Cryo Pods, a look at Crafting and Mining, and a delve into skills and classes.

If you successfully romanced Gil, well done! If you didn't you clearly did something wrong. Or maybe he just doesn't like you that way.
