Spider Man PS4 Suits - Best Suit Power, Best Suit Mods, Silver Linings DLC Suits, Into the Spiderverse

Our Spider Man PS4 Guide Hub is filled with every tip you need to clean up the streets of Manhattan, including combat tips and secret photo op locations.

One of the coolest parts of Spider Man PS4 is all of the different suits you can unlock while playing the game. There are 32 Spider Man suits in total, plus three that are set to be added as part of the first DLC, pulling from Spider-Man’s rich history. Film comics and TV shows are all represented, and each suit comes with an associated suit power, which can be used in combat to turn the tables. In this Spider Man PS4 Suits Guide, we’ll list every suit in the game, and give you the associated suit power and how to unlock it. We'll also detail the three new Spider Man suits that are coming as part of The Heist DLC - The Resilient Suit, Scarlett Spider 2, and Spider Man UK suits.

Spoiler Warning: Before you proceed, be aware that this article contains spoilers for Spider Man PS4. One of the Suits in particular, will give away one of the late game story beats, so make sure you play through it first.

Spider Man PS4 Suits

What level is required to unlock each Spider Man PS4 suit? How many tokens are required for each? What special power comes with each Spider Man PS4 suit? We answer all those questions and more just below in our detailed breakdown of the game's suits. As we said previously, there are 27 suits in total, so if you want them all you're going to have to work pretty hard.

Spider Man Far From Home Suits

In celebration of the release of Spider-Man Far From Home, Insomniac has added two brand new suits to the game. You can check them out below:

Spider Man Far From Home Suit

The first suit we have here is the Spider Man Far From Home suit. It is the main suit in the movie, designed by Peter Parker himself using some pretty nifty Stark Tech.

Spider Man PS4 Shield Suit

The second suit to be added to Spider Man PS4 as part of the Far From Home promotion is the Shield suit. It's perfect for zipping around unseen, perhaps through the streets of a certain European city.

Spider Man PS4 Best Suit Power

Suit Powers are pretty simple. When you unlock a new suit in Spider Man PS4 you also get a new suit power. What you might not be aware of is that these suit powers are not tied to a specific suit. This means you can use any suit power with any suit, mixing and matching as you see fit. Some suit powers work best in certain situations, while others are great all rounders. Read on for all the info and discover which suit powers are the best in Spider Man PS4.

  • Web Blossom - This power allows you to take out at least half of the enemies in the area with the press of a button. It insta-webs a load of enemies, and leaves the rest tied up and vulnerable. Great for large crowds and combat challenges.
  • Spider-Bro - The Spider Bro Suit Power deploys a electrified drone into the ring, which then moves around shocking enemies. It’s seriously powerful, and you can head off to the side while it’s active to take a breather
  • Quad damage - Seriously ups the power of every attack you do. Great for those looking to make every hit count, and quick to recharge.
  • Unrelenting Fury - Enemies can’t block or interrupt your attacks, which is seriously useful when dealing with an area full of different enemy types.

Spider Man PS4 Best Suit Mods

For every suit that you put on, you’ll get space to add three perks to help you in combat. They range from defensive, bullet stopping shields, to perks which add electrical damage to your attacks. There are 23 to choose from, so we’ve rounded up the best in the list below:

  • Gel Padding - Reduces melee damage
  • Ballistic Inserts - Reduces bullet damage
  • Threat Sensors - Slow time after a perfect dodge
  • Stormbolt Discharger - Builds up an electric charge when performing air attacks, the charge is then released by attacking enemies on the ground.

Spider Man 2099 Black Suit Power

You’ll want to focus on using aerial attacks while wearing the Spider Man 2099 Black Suit. The Low Gravity Suit power decreases gravity while in the air, meaning you can pummel enemies up high for longer.
