Super Mario Odyssey Moon Kingdom Power Moon Locations
Here is our guide to all the Moon Kingdom Power Moons we've found so far. Keep checking back for more details on all the remaining power moons. Numbers match with those on your Power Moon list in the game. We’ll also tell you how to defeat Bowser and stop the wedding.
Moon Kingdom Power Moon 1. Shining Above the Moon Power Moon

Next to the Odyssey is a small crater with a shadow in the middle. Jump up in the center and you’ll make a block appear. Jump onto this block and then jump up to make another appear. Eventually you’ll be able to reach a power moon high above.
Moon Kingdom Power Moon 5. Caught Hopping on the Moon Power Moon

This power moon on Moon Kingdom is obtained by chasing down the rabbit. The rabbit can be found on a mound, on a platform you can see as you look back towards the Earth. Hit the rabbit with Cappy and the power moon is yours
Moon Kingdom Power Moon 6. Cliffside Treasure Chest Power Moon

A platform looks to be just out of reach over to the left as you make your way to the church. Nearby is a fire plant. Run over this and Mario will gain enough speed to jump over the chasm and get the power moon from the chest.
Moon Kingdom Chain Chomp Boss Guide

The Chain Chomp lady from Cascade Kingdom returns on Moon Kingdom, but the way to defeat her is very similar. Just avoid attacks and possess the Chain Chomp when you can. As the Chain Chomp pull away from her until she’s tired, then release to propel into her. Repeat and she’ll be defeated and Mario will be on his way.
Moon Kingdom Power Moon 14. Up in the Rafters Power Moon

A frog is behind the church on Moon Kingdom. Possess the frog then leap up to the belltower. Go inside the hole under the bell and you can get a power moon on the rafters inside.
Moon Kingdom Power Moon 3. The Tip of the White Spire Power Moon

A frog is behind the church on Moon Kingdom. Possess the frog then leap onto the church roof. Once you’ve climbed the church you can see a glowing spire on its edge. Spin Cappy into this and you’ll get a power moon.
Bowser Battle on Moon Kingdom - Beat Bowser and Finish the Story

The Bowser battle on Moon Kingdom is pretty tricky, although rather similar to his previous appearance in what you actually need to do. Hit his hat with Cappy then get in the hat. Bowser will fire flaming rings across the ground. Jump over these and get up close, avoiding the boulders he throws. Attack him until he stops and performs a tail sweep. Jump this and then attack some more.
After Bowser recovers he sends round a wave of fire. This is hard to avoid but can be jumped if you time it correctly. If you fail enough times you can buy a power heart at the entrance to the wedding ceremony room, making the battle much easier.
The process described above is repeated, but each time Bowser will increase the amount of tail spin attacks. The second time he does two tail spins after you down him, while the third time he does three and then one more. Avoid these and pummel him to defeat Bowser.
You’ll now have to possess Bowser in order to escape. This linear sequence isn’t hard, and mostly relies on smashing things repeatedly (as that’s what Bowser is good at!).
