Yakuza 6 Nyan Nyan Cat Cafe Guide

The quest to restore the Nyan Nyan Cat Cafe to its former glory doesn’t come around as part of the main story of Yakuza 6, and you’ll instead have to venture out into the hidden corners of Kamurocho to uncover the Cat Cafe for yourself. The cafe is located near the southern end of Senryo Avenue, in the eastern part of Kamurocho, and you can find it on the first floor of the building that also houses a safe.

Enter the Cat Cafe, and you’ll find out that all the cats have abandoned the cafe itself, leaving it in a depressing state. Now begins Kiryu’s quest to reclaim all the stray cats around both Kamurocho and Onomichi, but to do this, he’ll need to stock up on cat food products to feed any strays you come across. To purchase cat food, you’ll want to hit up the four Poppo stores scattered around Kamurocho, as well as Don Quijoite, situated in the southern end of the map, and at the Cat Cafe itself.

You basically want to buy as many cat food items as possible, so that you’re prepared for the demands of any cat that you encounter in either Kamurocho or Onomichi. Each cat can be found in one of three possible locations, and if you fail to maximise the friendship meter with a cat after feeding it three times, it’ll run away, meaning you have to track it down and start all over again.
