Overwatch - How to Play Reaper
Drag your enemies to hell with Reaper's powerful shotguns.
Reaper is the lone wolf, built for pushing ahead on his own when possible. He's meant to get behind enemy lines and attack them where they least expect it. Great for players who know they're playing a team game, but don't care about all that "team" stuff.

Reaper Move List

Primary: Hellfire Shotguns
Reaper's twin shotguns do some of the best damage close up of any hero. His clip size is small and the shotgun reload is long, but if you hit an enemy with an entire clip, they're probably going to die. Clip size: 8.
Wraith Form
Reaper becomes a ghastly shadow for 3 seconds, taking no damage and gliding through enemies. This is great for escaping from a pitched conflict, or alternatively used to get back into the fight quicker. You can use Wraith Form to clear debuffs like Zenyatta's Discord Orb or Widowmaker's poison Venom Mine. Wraith Form also counters nearly every Ultimate in the game, since Reaper is invincible which using it.
Shadow Step
Reaper can straight up teleport across the battlefield. Great if unnoticed, but bad because his teleport destination is clearly marked if anyone is watching. This means you can teleport only to end up dead to a headshot. Use this to get behind enemy lines.
Ultimate: Death Blossom
Reaper's Ultimate empties both shotguns into enemies in a radius around him. Good for when opponents are clustered around a single area, like a control point. Be warned: Death Blossom can be cancelled by stuns and disables, like Roadhog's Chain Hook or McCree's Flashbang.

How to Play Reaper
Reaper is all about wandering through enemy territory, striking fear into their hearts and putting bullets into their bodies. His Shotgun can destroy even high HP heroes, so any supports he comes across are dead. He's helped in pitched combat by his passive ability, the Reaping. This makes enemies drop health orbs when Reaper kills them; only he can see them and each globe heal 50 HP. If you know where a map's health packs are, Reaper can stay independent for a long time. He's meant to be up close, so watch out for long-running heroes like Widowmaker.
Who Reaper Plays Great Against
Bastion: Flank a Bastion in Sentry mode and Reaper can clean him up easy. Bastion takes double damage from behind, so a great Reaper can Shadow Step into position and destroy him.
Widowmaker: Like Bastion, Widowmaker is all about positioning, meaning Reaper can get behind her and take out a sniper that's not watching her six.
Which Characters Work Well Against Reaper
Pharah: A great Pharah stays far away from Reaper, while still putting out damage. Your Shotgun blast simply won't reach her and she can even avoid Death Blossom with her Jump Jet. You've been warned.
McCree: McCree's combo of Flashbang and Fan the Hammer is a clean Reaper killer. You'll be stunned and dead before you know what hit you.
Genji: Genji's mobility allows the ninja to stay away and the Deflect means your Hellfire Shotguns may be used against you.
