Red Dead Online Bard’s Crossing Treasure Locations

The Treasure in Red Dead Online can be a little tricky to track down. Here’s exactly where to find the Red Dead Online Bard’s Crossing Treasure.

Money can be pretty hard to come by in Red Dead Online, Gold even hearder. One of the best ways to earn a buck or two is to track down Treasure Chests hidden around the map. You'll be given Treasure Maps hinting at the locations by levelling up in Red Dead Online. Problem is, they're not particularly specific. The Bard's Crossing Treasure in particular, can be a real nightmare to track down, as there are multiple different spots where the treasure can spawn. To help you track down the Bard's Crossing Treasure, we've put together this Red Dead Online Bard's Crossing Treasure Locations Guide.

Red Dead Online Bard’s Crossing Treasure

While playing Red Dead Online, you’ll occasionally get your hands on a treasure map. One of the first ones you’ll get is the Bard’s Crossing Treasure Map. It reveals the location of a treasure found at, you guessed it—Bard’s Crossing. Problem is, this is a very large area, and the treasure can pop up in one of three spots. We’ll show you exactly where to look, below:

How to Get Bard’s Crossing Treasure Map in Red Dead Online

In order to find the Bard’s Crossing Treasure, you have to get and read the Treasure Map first. You’ll get Treasure Maps for ranking up, we got ours at level 8. Once you level up, you can head over to the Post Office to collect the map. Read it, and the general area of the treasure is revealed.

Red Dead Online Bard’s Crossing Treasure Location

Once you’ve arrived in Bard’s crossing there are three spots you need to check. The first is shown in the image above. Head into Eagle Eye and you’ll be able to spot the treasure easily if it is nearby (it’ll be indicated with a glowing trail).

The next area you need to search is shown in the image above. Again, just head to this point and trigger Eagle Vision. If the treasure is still not there, then move onto the third and final spot.

This is the final spot to check, down by the water. You’ll find the treasure underneath a fallen tree. We’ve included an image below.

So what exactly do you get for tracking this Treasure down? Well, you get 0.65 Gold, Opened Miracle Tonic, 5x Rifle Cartridges - Regular, $112, worth it then.

Can You Find the Bard's Crossing Treasure Without the Map?

Treasure does not work in the same way in Red Dead Online as it does in the base game. You'll need to have the Treasure Map for the Treasure to spawn, and cannot simply head to the location to pick it up. You'll get treasure maps for levelling up, usually every few levels. You'll get a message telling you that you have mail to collect. The Postmaster will give you a map.
