Fire Emblem Three Houses Crests - How to Get All Crests and Crest Abilities

Here's our guide on Crests in Fire Emblem Three Houses, including how to get every Crest in the game.

Crests are mysterious items of enormous power in Fire Emblem Three Houses, and they're pretty hard to track down. In our guide to the Fire Emblem Three Houses Crests, you'll find all the information you need to know about the way Crests function in the game, including how to equip Crests, how to find Crests, and more.

Fire Emblem Three Houses Crests Explained

In Fire Emblem Three Houses, Crests are basically items from the gods themselves, bestowing huge power on the individual that has them. However, there's only a finite amount of Crests for you to find in the game, so you're going to have to search far and wide for the elusive items.

In the story of Fire Emblem Three Houses, it's revealed that Crests are meant to be paired with Relic weapons, in order to unlock the true power of a weapon. However, you can actually acquire Crests as a separate item, and distribute them among your characters as you see fit.

Each individual Crest in Fire Emblem Three Houses bestows a unique bonus on the character that has it in their inventory. Read on for a list of all Crests and their bonuses in Three Houses.

How to Get Crests in Fire Emblem Three Houses

In your first playthrough of Fire Emblem Three Houses, the only Crest you're going to be able to acquire comes with the Sword of the Creator, that Byleth wields. However on your New Game Plus playthrough, you can access the Journal in your room at the Monastery while you're exploring.

At the bottom of the options for the Journal, you'll see the option for 'Crest Items.' In here, you can purchase every single Crest in Fire Emblem Three Houses for 1,000 Renown each. Just below, you can find a complete list of all the Crests available for purchase.
