Cyberpunk 2077 PC Specs - Demo Build PC Specs, GPU, System Requirements

Here’s all of the details on the Cyberpunk 2077 PC Spec requirements.

Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay was finally revealed to the world for the very first time after Gamescom 2018 had wrapped up, and we've got all you need to know about the PC specs for the game right here. In this Cyberpunk 2077 PC specs guide, we'll be detailing everything that we've managed to uncover so far about the PC version of the game, based on the demos that we've seen for ourselves, that were operating on a PC at E3 and Gamescom 2018.

For everything else on Cyberpunk 2077, head over to our Cyberpunk 2077 Guides hub. You'll find every trailer released for the game so far, a look at how romance will work, and more.

Cyberpunk 2077 PC Specs

Despite getting a new trailer and demo at E3 2018, and then later at Gamescom 2018, we still don't have any info on when Cyberpunk 2077 will launch. Many fans have speculated that the game may be aiming for a release on next generation hardware, meaning that it will require a pretty beefy rig to run.

Cyberpunk 2077 Demo PC Specs

Recent comments from a developer on Cyberpunk 2077 have revealed what hardware the E3 2018 Cyberpunk 2077 demo was running on. In a post over on the game's official Discord channel, Junior Community Manager Alicja Kozera listed the exact specs for the PC that the demo was running on. We've included these specs below:

  • CPU: Intel i7-8700K @ 3.70 GHz
  • MB: ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-I GAMING
  • RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V, 2x16GB, 3000MHz, CL15
  • GPU: GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
  • SSD: Samsung 960 Pro 512 GB M.2 PCIe
  • PSU: Corsair SF600 600W

While these specs definitely represent a high-end machine, they are still perhaps more reasonable than many were expecting.

What Will the Cyberpunk 2077 PC System Requirements at Launch Be?

While these PC Specs for the Cyberpunk 2077 demo do give some insight into what we might expect from the game at launch, it's worth noting that we don't know how far along in development the game is. The specs are therefore likely to change as development progresses and aren't exactly what you should expect at launch. There's also likely to be low visual settings that will let considerably less powerful systems run the game.

Hopefully we'll be hearing about a possible release window pretty soon, along with some info on the PC Specs for Cyberpunk 2077. In the meantime you can check out our Cyberpunk 2077 Character Creation Guide for details on how customization and building characters works in the game.
