A New Marvel's Avengers Villain Leaks in a Trophy List

Can't say I saw this character coming.

Marvel's Avengers was recently delayed from May to September, but trophies for the game have found their way online a little early. If you don't want to be spoiled on two new character reveals for Square Enix's game, you might want to stop reading now.

Over on Exophase.com, the trophies for Marvel's Avengers have been revealed in full. According to the trophy list, not only will the Inhumans be making an appearance in some capacity, but the villainous MODOK will be appearing too.

If you look down the complete trophies list for Marvel's Avengers, the 'A Novel Way to Travel' trophy bears the description of "Rescue the Inhumans from the research facility. The 'New Girl Makes Good' trophy has a description reading "Defeat MODOK and the Kree."

Meet MODOK. | Disney/Marvel

If you've seen Captain Marvel, you'll know the Kree as a blue-skinned race of aliens. Neither MODOK nor the Inhumans have appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe so far however, so you might not recognise MODOK as a huge floating head with tiny spider-like arms and legs.

It sounds like while we'll be fighting the Kree and MODOK, we'll be rescuing members of the Inhumans from some research facility, which might relate to AIM, the antagonistic organization in Marvel's Avengers.

Marvel's Avengers releases September 4, 2020 for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The deluxe edition and fancy Earth's Mightiest edition for the game were just revealed, and the latter comes with an impressive statue of Captain America.
