Frictional Games has announced that it is bringing the Amnesia Collection to PlayStation 4 on November 22, 2016. The collection will include Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Amnesia: Justine, and Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, the latter of which was actually developed by Everybody's Gone To The Rapture developer The Chinese Room.
"We never brought Amnesia to consoles. Over the years, we've been close to making it happen, but deals either fell through or we simply didn't have time for it. It's time to change that. Amnesia is coming to PS4," wrote Frictional Games creative director Thomas Grip.
"We won't just be releasing Amnesia: The Dark Descent alone. We'll be including two other games in the package as well," he added. "Together, all three games should provide a wide range of horrors for all PS4 players to face, and I hope it'll produce many pleasant nightmares and sleepless nights upon release!"
It's worth noting that the original Amnesia was key in the rise of noted YouTube PewDiePie, who built a whole persona and follower base on screaming at monsters in the dark. There's a reason the trailer for Amnesia Collection focuses on YouTubers.
There's no stated price point for the US version, though the UK version is £23.99, pointing to a $30 price here.
