Animal Crossing New Horizons: How to Send Mail and Presents
You can send postcards and gifts to other residents in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Here's how.
Animal Crossing New Horizons places you on a deserted island, where you'll need to build up your very own village. You can make friends while you play, as there are a number of other residents living on the island. Once you're friends, you can send them gifts and cards. Let's take a look at how to do so.
How to send Cards
To send a card to another resident, head to the airport. Once you're there you'll see a rack of cards displayed to the right of the counter. Interact with it and you'll be able to send cards to friends.
How to Send Presents
You can attach a gift to a card that you are sending out. Interact with the card display at the airport and write your message. At the editing screen you can select the present icon. You can then add a present to your card.

Card Designs
There are a bunch of different card designs to choose from when sending a card. Here are some examples:
- Dandelion Card
- Blue Sky Card
- Birthday-Cake Card
- Balloons Card

Limited Availability Cards
Certain cards are only available for a limited time. These generally correspond to specific events or seasons, so make sure you keep an eye out for any that are leaving the store soon.

How Much Does it Cost to Send a Card?
If you want to send a card to another resident, it will cost you 200 Bells.
