All the Announcements and Trailers from the Nintendo Spotlight E3 2017 Video: Super Mario Odyssey, Metroid Prime 4, Pokemon, and More

Nintendo gets in and out of E3 2017 in record time.

The last conference of E3 has happened! Nintendo returns with another Direct-style video, quickly moving through all the games coming to Nintendo Switch over the next year.

Like Nintendo, we don't want to waste your time, so let's get to it!

Xenoblade Chronicles 2

MonolithSoft's RPG sequel is getting another look at E3, with a full length story trailer. The main characters look to be a young warrior and a woman who contains his weapon.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 will be coming to Nintendo Switch on Holiday 2017.

Kirby

There's a new Kirby game coming to the Nintendo Switch. Currently, the game doesn't even have a subtitle! It looks to be a primary multiplayer experience, with the AI subbing in for actual players.

Kirby is coming to Nintendo Switch on 2018.

Pokemon

"Game Freak has begun developing a core RPG Pokemon on the Switch," said Pokemon Company president Tsunekazu Ishihara. It seems like the game will be more than a year out at this point, but it's coming!

Metroid Prime 4

With a quick teaser and title card, Nintendo announced that Metroid Prime 4 is currently in development. No release window was given.

Yoshi

The second-best Nintendo character is getting his own shot on the Switch very soon. It's not Yoshi's Wooly World, but Yoshi on the Switch has a similar art style to it. It's coming in 2018.

Fire Emblem Warriors

Much like Fire Emblem Heroes, Koei Tecmo's Fire Emblem Warriors is a reality spanning adventure starring two new characters, alongside Fire Emblem heroes like Corrin, Marth, Xander, and Ryoma. Fire Emblem Warriors is coming to Switch in Fall 2017.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - The Master Trials & Champions' Ballad

The first DLC for Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has an official name! It's now called The Master Trials, with an all-new Master Mode and host of other features. The second DLC is called the Champions' Ballad, offering up further stories involving the Champions that were once Link's friends. We only saw them in flashback before, but the DLC will likely dive deeper into their tales. That's coming Holiday 2017.

In addition, there will be Amiibo for all for Champions that can be used with Breath of the Wild.

Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle

The enchanting Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle gets another shoutout at the Nintendo video event. It's coming August 29.

Rocket League

Rocket League is coming to Nintendo Switch with exclusive customization items, exclusive cars, and cross-network play. It's coming Holiday 2017.

Super Mario Odyssey

With a jaunty, jazzy tune, Mario goes on a brand-new journey in Mario Odyssey. The new mechanics are all based around hats! Mario can put on a sombero or top hat for new abilities, and he can use his hat to take control of enemies, vehicles, and people. Are you ready for the next Mario?

Super Mario Odyssey is coming October 27, 2017.
