If a new data mine for Apex Legends is to be believed, Respawn's game could be getting a new Night mode, which plays out exactly like it sounds. That's going to be lethal for Bloodhound mains.
Apex Legends - News and Leaks Twitter account has cataloged a new wave of data mines that took place over the past weekend. Night mode was one of the more noticeable leaks, which is set to plunge the King's Canyon map into complete darkness.
LEAK: Also there's a Night Mode is development. That's one of the most requested features after a reddditor showed how the map would like in the Night.— Apex Legends - News & Leaks (@RealApexLeaks) March 8, 2019
Elsewhere in the leaks, Spider, Goliath, and Prowler are all mentioned under the 'NPC' notes. There's code in the leaks for NPC directions, behaviour and more, but what's unclear is whether the NPC will be featured in the King's Canyon map, or restricted to a training mode only.
LEAK: More info on the Previously leaked NPCs. I'll just tweet the pictures in parts. You can add comments if you want me to explain.— Apex Legends - News & Leaks (@RealApexLeaks) March 8, 2019
Of course, all this information is unconfirmed by Respawn at the time of writing. But one thing that has been confirmed for the future of Apex Legends is a Battle Pass, with complete seasonal events running over the course of 2019.
