Apex Legends's Community Is Giving Mirage Voyage a Glorious Sendoff

The infamous location is going away at the end of this season.

Mirage Voyage, the location you love to hate. Apex Legends's Season 6 is nearly upon us, and the infamous party boat is being taken off the World's Edge map. Before it goes however, the Apex Legends community is planning on giving it the sendoff it deserves.

The Mirage Voyage Homage Party was organized with glowing support over on the Apex Legends subreddit, and will be taking place later today, before Season 6 kicks off and removes it from the World's Edge. It'll be taking place from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. PT (unless King's Canyon is in rotation at that time, in which case the party will be kicking off slightly earlier at 7:30 p.m. PT), and everyone is cordially invited to wear their favorite skins to the event - I imagine there'll be a lot of fancy Mirage outfits to mark the occasion.

The official rules for the Mirage Voyage Homage. | Reddit

The rules for the Mirage Voyage Homage are simple: no killing. You may attack someone only in the event that you are attacked, and all participants must die on the ship from the closing circle.

This really is the sendoff that the notorious location deserves. Mirage Voyage has been nothing short of a hellish location to drop in at the beginning of a match - typically you can find at least two to three teams all competing for the loot aboard the ship, which turns it into an absolute bloodbath.

I'll be sad to see Mirage Voyage go, but I imagine that sadness will very quickly be replaced with joy at the arrival of Rampart. Season 6's hero is a British-Indian character with a big mouth and an even bigger turret gun, and Rampart certainly looks like she'll be one of the more formidable heroes to join the Apex Games in terms of pure firepower and her ability to throw down barricades for teammates.
