I was into Rainbow Moon until I bumped up against what I perceived as a pay-wall type of difficulty which really turned me off. The whole thing was fairly routine even outside of that.
@Kat You really should check out Pyre because it is quite literally a sports-rpg hybrid. I really dug what I've played of it too.

Deadfire is by far my most anticipated game of next year. I'm expecting nothing less than greatness. I haven't been playing many video games lately as I'm back into Magic: The Gathering, and I suspect that trend to last a while (it usually does). But I'm confident Deadfire will snap me out of it (assuming Magic hasn't driven me homeless before then).

Well, back to the perfect teams, I kept thinking what other team members I would get, since I realized my perfect team was Final Fantasy heavy, since it was the series that made me love RPGS.
As a form of creative thinking, I tried to build a party without any mainline Final Fantasy characters, so here goes:

Leader: Makoto (the Main Character from Persona 3) - He's already proven to be a capable leader and the ability to summon multiple personas make him a jack of all trades, which I kinda like, since versatility is always a good thing.

Mage: Neku+Joshua - Since The World Ends With You characters can't fight alone, I paired Neku (with his wide range of pins) with Joshua, who is basically a god, so they could deal maximum damage.

Fighter: Dante+Demitri - I loved that pair in ProjecXZone and since they fight together as a unit, I decided to put them, mainly because I love their flashy combos and style. Also, they can deal a LOT of damage.

Tank: Magnolia from Bravely Second. I loved this fierce and sweet character and her ability to have jobs would also be perfect for versatility, since she can be basically anithing.

Support: Luigi - He's not a great fighter, but the party need a comic relief, which Luigi could provide in spades. Also, since he's more scared, he can be on the back supportin the other team members.

Since I haven't posted in the last few weeks, I'll say that I'm really looking forward to playing Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga remake and Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Also, I loved the original Xenoblade on the New 3DS and it was what got me to play it, since I don't have nearly as much free time to play on the TV as I have to play on the go.

As for another RPG report, I'd love to see@Kat.Bailey and@nadiaoxford tackle on NieR or The Witcher 3, since I have both but haven't got around to playing any, so it would be a nice incentive to finally take them out of the pile.

I enjoyed the interview with Josh Sawyer, but I never had any interest in playing Pillars of Eternity. If it comes to Switch or Vita, there may be a chance for me to get it.Edited September 2017 by Jairo-MC
