This page will act as the Batman: Arkham Knight Walkthrough and Guide main hub. All of our Arkham Knight content can be found on this page.

Batman: Arkham Knight is the final game in the main Batman trilogy developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by WB Games. The game released on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on June 23, 2015. Arkham Knight takes everything players love about the previous Batman adventures and adds extensive Batmobile missions.

Our guide covers the City of Fear missions that take you through the primary story in Arkham Knight. It also covers the 14 Most Wanted side missions that expand on the Batman universe within the game, but are not required to complete the main story. We'll also be providing walkthroughs for Riddler Trophies, Character Bios, Character Showcases, Most Wanted Side Missions, Concept Art and the Gotham City Stories. Be sure to check back often for updates.

Batman: Arkham Knight Tips

  • During combat, rotate the camera so you can see multiple enemies at once. There are many instances where an enemy will run toward Batman off-camera. If you have the camera facing a majority of the enemies, you will be able to evade these attacks and keep your combos going.
  • If you need to make a quick stop in the Batmobile, enter Battle Mode (L2 / LT). This allows you to quickly cut corners and prevent the Batmobile from falling into unwanted areas on the map.
  • While the Batmobile can be awkward at first, there are many instances where you need to go as fast as possible during a mission. The best way to handle the vehicle at maximum speed is to control your turns by tapping the Power Slide command (Square / X while holding down on the gas - R2 / RT). Do not perform a lengthy Power Slide unless you're taking down enemies. So long as you use short Power Slides you can corner very effectively at high speeds.
  • When fighting tanks in the Batmobile, early in the game you can simply move left or right to avoid their attacks. However, as you progress into the game the tanks begin to fire at a faster rate. This means you need to strafe (any direction and X / A) to avoid their attacks.
  • There are grates throughout the city that lead to ventilation ducks just below the surface. Use these to get the jump on opponents when you need to fight large groups of enemies. Be warned, if you're spotted they will fire bomb the vents forcing you to evacuate or take damage.
  • Once you have the ability to use the Beat Down (Circle / B then tap Square / X rapidly), it should be your go-to combat technique. This ability will finish off almost any opponent in a single combo and gives you a huge combo in the process.
  • While City of Fear is the main story, the Most Wanted missions can be completed at any time throughout the game. If you're tired of playing through City of Fear play the Most Wanted side missions.
  • The Remote Control Batarang can be difficult to use. If you have trouble aiming it, you can slow down the flight speed by holding L2 / LT. This makes it much easier to control.
  • When you fire the Line Launcher, you can fire it again in rapid succession to go around corners or even press (R1 / RB) to jump on top of the line like a tight rope.
