Battlefield 1 Headlines Xbox Games With Gold November as Battlefield 5 Release Date Approaches

Back-to-back.

Microsoft announced a new month of Games with Gold for November 2018 and they include Dante's Inferno, the first Assassin's Creed, and Battlefield 1 just in time for the launch of Battlefield 5.

Included in November's free Xbox games are the first Assassin's Creed starring Altair, EA's action reimagining of Dante's Inferno, Race the Sun, and EA's Battlefield 1. Both EA titles are also available via EA Access. As usual per Xbox each game will remain available for a certain window so here are the dates which you can download them below.

  • Battlefield 1 – Available November 1 to 30
  • Race the Sun – Available November 16 to December 15
  • Assassin's Creed – Available November 1 to 15
  • Dante's Inferno – Available November 16 to 30

Battlefield 1's extra content has also been discounted leading up to the launch of Battlefield 5, so it might be possible to find the season pass content for cheap. Despite the odd naming convention Battlefield 1 is the direct predecessor to Battlefield 5 and takes place during World War 1. Whereas Battlefield 5 will be set during World War 2.
