Last week, Anthem opened up for EA Access and Origin Access, giving subscribers the chance to try the shared world shooter prior to release. One complaint that's popped up frequently online is the large number of loading screens encountered during normal play, and the length of those load times. It's a major issue that breaks up the flow of Anthem's play.
According to Anthem executive producer Mark Darrah, fixing the loading screen problem is a high priority for BioWare.

The developer has a patch planned for Anthem's full launch on Friday, February 22, 2019. The patch notes for the day one update are already available, and the list includes "improved loading times" as one of the primary fixes.
