Blizzard is Hiring a Vehicle Software Engineer for an Unannounced First-Person Game

Blizzard is looking to work with vehicles for its new project.

Blizzard is ramping up for an unnamed first-person shooter game. According a to a new job listing the upcoming game could involve playable vehicles.

According to a job listing spotted by ResetEra, Blizzard is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Gameplay, Vehicles for the unannounced project at Blizzard's Irvine, California headquarters.

The job listing requires potential employees to "help create vehicles and build vehicle handling features in a robust first-person engine for an unannounced project."

The listing specifically cites the unannounced project so it's unlikely that vehicle gameplay will be for any existing first-person Blizzard title, of which there is only Overwatch.

There's no word yet on what this title is, but it sounds like it's still a way's away from release, or even an announcement. All we know now is that whatever game Blizzard is working on, it will have vehicles of sorts.
