That’s right folks, Ice-T is in Borderlands 3. He’ll play Balex, an AI trapped inside of a teddy bear.

Amara - Zehra Fazal

Amara is one of the four new Vault Hunters available in Borderlands 3. She’s the new Siren of the group, able to use Phasecast and elemental effects to best her opponents.

FL4K - SungWon Cho

Another Vault Hunter in Borderlands 3 is FL4K. FL4K makes use of their pets to deal damage to enemies, either controlling a spider, skag or ape-like creature. SungWon Cho voices FL4K, and you may know them from Judgment (2019), and Red vs Blue.

Moze - Marissa Lenti

Moze is another playable character in Borderlands 3. They have a giant mech suit companion, and a propensity for explosives. Moze is played by Marissa Lenti, who played Nita in Brawl Stars, Cocotte in Dragon Ball Super, and Sheriff Marshal in Wasteland 2.

Zane Fkynt - Cian Barry

The final Vault Hunter of the bunch is Zane, the superagent with a penchant for gadgetry. Zane is voiced by Cian Barry, who played Black Panther in Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2, and has starred in a bunch of TV roles in shows like Dr Foster and Casualty.

Lilith/Tannis - Colleen Clickenbeard

Colleen Clickenbeard returns as Lilith in Borderlands 3. She’ll help shephard you through the start of the game. Fun fact, Colleen also plays Tannis. Clickenbeard boasts a number of roles in popular anime series like Fairy Tail and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

Here’s the first major switch up with the Borderlands 3 voice cast. Rhys was previously played by Troy Baker but will now be played by Ray Chase. Chase recently played Bucky Barnes in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, the male protagonist in Anthem, and Noctis in Final Fantasy 15.

Tyreen Calypso - Elisa Melendez

Newcomer Elisa Melendez voices one half of the Calypso Twins in Borderlands 3. Tyreen will be your main villain in the game, with her very own gang of devoted fans and followers.

Troy Calypso - Max Mittelman

The other half of the Calypso Twins, Troy, is played by Max Mittelman. He played Harry Osborn in the latest Disney Spider-Man TV show, as well as Saitama in One Punch Man. Recently, he also voiced Ryuji in Persona 5.

Ellie - Jamie Marchi

Jamie Marchi will play Ellie in Borderlands 3, the woman responsible for getting you your very first vehicle. Jamie has voiced a number of well known characters, such as Mt. Lady in My Hero Academia, and Anka Rheinberger in Attack on Titan.

Mordecai - Jason Liebrecht

Mordecai is played by Jason Leibrecht in Borderlands 3. He has voiced Zeke in Attack on Titan, Larcade in Fairy Tail, and Dabi in My Hero Academia. On the games side of things, he plays Pascal in Defector, and Little Ben in Where the Water Tastes Like Wine.

Claptrap - Jim Foronda

The most obvious change you’ll notice when comparing Borderlands 3 and 2 is that Claptrap is voiced by a different person. This is due to a heavily publicized spat between the original voice actor and Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford. You can read more here.
