Bungie to Bundle Destiny 2 Expansion Pass DLC With Forsaken

Guardians who play Forsaken prior to October 16 will receive an exclusive shader and emblem, and two exotic emotes.

Bungie is to bundle the Destiny 2 Expansion Pass DLC with all purchases of the most recent Forsaken DLC. Effective October 16, this means all Destiny 2 players who want to get up to speed with all content but only own the base version of the game need only buy Forsaken.

While this new bundle system makes a lot of sense and simplifies the content update path players need to take, it perhaps might annoy those who have already bought Forsaken. Bungie has a gift package coming to those players who played Forsaken prior to October 16.

While the new Exotic emotes will make their way onto the Eververse at some point in the future, the Tiger Stripe Black Shader and Veterans Nameplate emblem are exclusive to current Forsaken players.

His love of gaming started soon after, which essentially meant he bought every video game magazine available and worked numerous part-time jobs as a child in order to afford costly N64 games. He created UK site VideoGamer.com, of which he was the Editor for over a decade. He now doesn't like circuses.
