Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout Mode Gets a Trial From Tomorrow

For exactly one week.

Late last year, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 released featuring Blackout, the series’ first attempt at a battle royale-style mode. From tomorrow on January 17, the Blackout mode will be free to play for everyone for exactly a week, ending on January 24.

Near the end of 2018, Activision revealed a version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 that ditched the Zombies mode. This cheaper version is dubbed the ‘Battle Edition’ and is available on PC only as of right now, for $30.
