Spec Ops missions are co-op, wave-based affairs. Here’s how to play them.

Modern Warfare features a Special Ops mode this year. Where players can team up and take on waves of increasingly difficult enemies. The Special Ops section of Modern Warfare can be a little hard to find. You’ll need to head into the Co-Op section of the main menu, where you’ll be able to select a Spec Ops mission to play through. You can play this solo or in a group, just create a room and then start the match.

Where Are the Other Spec Ops Missions?

You’ll notice that there is only one Classic Special Ops mission available in Call of Duty Modern Warfare. This is currently because Infinity Ward plans to add a new one in November of 2019. We don’t have any specific release dates for you yet, but w’ll update this page if we hear more.
