Call of Duty: WW2's user interface is a little... shall we say... unintuitive. It's busy, confusing, and loaded with options. So it's understandable if you can't figure out how to change your helmet or hat.
In CoD: WW2, you can earn and equip uniforms through supply drops. But what you might not know is that you can also change out your hat or helmet. Here's a quick guide.
It's a pretty simple: When you equip a uniform, do the following:
- Go to to the "Soldier" Screen
- Choose "Dossier"
- Pick "Special Helmet
- Press Square or X
You should now have a helmet that matches your uniform.
If you're confused on how to swap out your uniform, pick Division in the soldier screen and select "Personalize" by pressing the triangle button on PS4/Y on Xbox One. You will then have the opportunity to choose a uniform
Unfortunately, it's emblematic of CoD: WW2's problems that a simple task like this is a complete pain. But at least it's an option. Now if only the servers would get working.
