Darkness Rises in the New Fortnite Season 6 Trailer
Fortnite Season 6 drops later today.
Epic has revealed a brand new Fortnite Season 6 announcement trailer ahead of today’s launch. You can check out the Fortnite “Darkness Rises” trailer below.
Fortnite is set to launch its Season 6 run of content today. Thanks to a new Fortnite Season 6 trailer released earlier today, we do get some hints as to what might be on the horizon. You can get more info in the Fortnite V6.00 Patch Notes.
The “Darkness Rises” trailer opens with an ominous purple cloud spreading over the world of Fortnite. A character looks on in horror as a huge chunk of the ground is thrust into the air, and carried into the storm above. At the base of the structure is the mysterious cube that’s been messing things up in the game for weeks now. It’s the same one that turned Loot Lake bouncy, and appeared to produce a low gravity field around it.
While we have the trailer and patch notes, Epic is teasing that more secrets will be uncovered once players get going in Season 6. One thing’s for sure, players can expect a lot of changes to Fortnite in the coming weeks.
