Later today, Bungie is going to reveal the next phase of new content for Destiny 2. Unfortunately, it appears as though some of the details set for the upcoming stream have been unveiled slightly ahead of schedule.
The next seasonal event in Destiny 2 is called "Season of Arrivals." This was leaked through a since-deleted listing on the PlayStation Store, a screenshot of which you can see just below from Imgur (thanks, Reddit). Shortly thereafter, a Destiny 2 news blog on Twitter reported the Silver bundle as having gone live on the Australian PSN Store.
Silver is the microtransaction currency that you'll need to purchase the Season Pass for the upcoming event with. The Season Pass typically retails for a base price of $10, but there's the option to shell out a bit extra if you want to unlock the first 25 Season Pass ranks instantly.
Whatever the case, we'll have to wait for the official reveal from Bungie later today. The announcement will take place right around 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET, and should reveal the fourth year of planned content for Destiny 2.
Over the past weekend, Bungie sent out the Season of the Worthy in style, blowing up the Almighty superweapon in a spectacular showdown. Earlier that week, a leaked Instagram video appeared to show Eris Morn heading for the cold climates of Europa. Could this be where a new Shadowkeep-sized expansion will take place?
