Dragon Ball FighterZ Adds Broly and Bardock on March 28

The legendary Super Saiyan returns.

Bandai Namco announced today that Dragon Ball FighterZ will be seeing its first downloadable content (DLC) characters on March 28, 2018. Broly, the antagonist from Dragon Ball Z: Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan, and Bardock, Goku's father who appeared in the television special Dragon Ball Z: Bardock - The Father of Goku, will both be joining the playable cast. Broly and Bardock are the first two of eight total characters that will be available as part of the FighterZ Pass.

Broly got his teaser trailer last week and today saw the launch of Bardock's teaser trailer.

The new characters are set to launch alongside the Commentator Voice Pack, which changes the fight announcer. The voice pack adds Android 18, Chichi, and Videl as fight announcer voices, giving you something other than basic excited fighting game guy.

Previous reports listed the the rest of the Fighters Pass roster as Zamasu, Vegito, Android 17, Cooler, non-Saiyan Goku, and non-Saiyan Vegeta. With the addition of Broly and Bardock, those reports are looking more and more likely.
