EGX Rezzed Digital is Live, Showcasing Tons of Indies and Live Let's Plays

With panels on careers advice, how to get into games journalism, and more.

In the wake of EGX Rezzed's postponement to later this year, EGX Rezzed Digital is showcasing plenty of games that would have been at the show that was due to run earlier this month. There's a fantastic lineup of games, streams, and more running right now, till later in the week.

For a complete schedule and information about the digital event, head over to Rezzed.com. The website highlights a load of indie games from creators all across the globe, with two highlights in particular being The Other Side and A Monster's Expedition Through Human Exhibitions, both of which we've already had the opportunity to try out.

As for the event side of EGX Rezzed Digital, it's live right now, and runs through to Saturday. Starting today there's a panel on how to become a games writer, as well as a talk from John Wick Hex and Thomas Was Alone creator Mike Bithell on when to go into indie development.

Then tomorrow on Friday there's a showcase of Desperados 3, a panel on how to get into games journalism, and a Complete and True History of Jason Statham in Video Games by RockPaperShotgun, among other assortments.

Closing out the digital showcase on Saturday is an Animal Crossing: New Horizons livestream from our sister site Eurogamer, and a complete Gang Beasts tournament featuring Outside Xbox and Outside Xtra.

To watch any of the EGX Rezzed Digital content above, simply head over to the corresponding YouTube channel to tune into the broadcast. If it's smaller indie games you're after, then head over to the official Rezzed website for a complete rundown of smaller titles on offer.

EGX Rezzed is owned and operated by USgamer's parent company, ReedPop.

Hirun Cryer is by far the most juvenile member of USgamer. He's so juvenile, that this is his first full-time job in the industry, unlike literally every other person featured on this page. He's written for The Guardian, Paste Magazine, and Kotaku, and he likes waking up when the sun rises and roaming the nearby woods with the bears and the wolves.
