Final Fantasy XIV Bards are Already Covering Hit Songs Thanks to the New Update

Anyways, here's Wonderwall.

I'm constantly surprised by how much freedom is integrated into Final Fantasy XIV. Take for example the most recent patch which now allows Bard class characters to finally play actual music thanks to the recent 4.15 update. Players are already going online to post videos of their newfound musical powers.

After reaching level 30 on an Archer character and jumping to the Bard class, players can visit Old Gridania and partake in a quest that will give them full access to the harp they've been saddled with for so long.

There's a new "Performance" window under "Actions & Traits" that has a full range of notes for players to test out. You can also set these notes to your keyboard hot bar for better musical dexterity.

Players online are already showing off their stuff.

The whole #FF14楽器演奏 (Google Translate: "FF14 Instrument Performance") tag is full of wonderful videos of Bards flexing their musical muscles.

One player even set up his electric piano keyboard with the game so it's only a matter of time before we see some really insane compositions in Final Fantasy XIV.

The new 4.15 update also adds a huge 48 person PvP mode. But who cares, someone played Smash Mouth's All-Star in Final Fantasy XIV.
