First NBA 2K19 Player Ratings Revealed, and Some Aren't Happy

No prize for guessing who's on top.

That old annual NBA 2K19 tradition is back. We've reached the low point in the NBA offseason, so now is the perfect time for players to take to Twitter to protest about their NBA 2K19 ratings.

It's all done in a good spirit (we hope), but Karl-Anthony Towns appears to have taken umbrage with his NBA 2K19 rating. The blame game has landed on Ronnie "Ronnie2K" Singh, but he's probably used to it by now.

We're little over a month out from the final release of NBA 2K19 in September. Check out the player ratings that have just been revealed:

  • LeBron James - 98
  • Kawhi Leonard - 94
  • Karl-Anthony Towns - 91
  • DeMarcus Cousins - 90
  • DeMar DeRozan - 89
  • Jayson Tatum - 87
  • Donovan Mitchell - 87
  • Ben Simmons - 87

If there are any big names missing from the list (read: Steph Curry), then don't worry, for this isn't a list of the top 10 NBA 2K19 players, it's just the ratings that 2K has decided to reveal first.

Giannis better be in that top 10, 2K.

NBA 2K19 will release on September 11, or September 7 if you want to shell out for the 20th Anniversary Edition. Head over to our NBA 2K19 guide, for everything else you need to know about the upcoming game.
