First Trailer for From Software and George R.R. Martin's New Game Elden Ring Premieres at Xbox E3 Showcase
We got our first look at this new collab for From Soft.
The first trailer for Elden Ring, the upcoming collaboration between From Software, Hidetaka Miyazaki and George R.R. Martin, premiered at today's Xbox E3 showcase. Though it leaked just a few days ago, this was still the first look at what the style of the game will be.
The aesthetic is not too surprising. A lot of dark imagery, knights, ruins, and ominous red skies. All the while, someone hammers away at a forge. I definitely got some Lord of the Rings vibes, but like what would happen if Sauron won, which has my interest piqued.
News of Elden Ring had been going around for a while before it leaked a few days ago. From Software's new game features collaboration between Hidetaka Miyazaki and Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin, crafting a world that seems pretty bleak.
