Fortnite Reddit Wants Jonesy as a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Character

Could one of the star's of Epic's mega hit move from one battle royale to another?

Nintendo recently revealed another bunch of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate characters, announcing Castlevania's Simon Belmont, Donkey Kong Country's King K. Rool, and others, but the users on the Fortnite Reddit want someone else. They want Fortnite character Jonesy added to Smash on Switch.

While Nintendo hasn't dropped even the slightest hint that Fortnite characters could be coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the game does already feature numerous characters from non-Nintendo franchises. Given how popular Fortnite is, on Switch and other platforms, perhaps the idea of Jonesy and others from the game making an appearance isn't as far fetched as it might seem.

The image above, created by Reddit user KingKeep, shows an imagined world where Jonesy enters Smash Bros. Ultimate. Other Reddit users have chipped in with suggestions for how Jonesy would play in Smash.

Going by the Reddit thread, Jonesy would be able to disguise himself as a bush, use a minigun, build, and have multiple alternative skins based on the many available in Fortnite. He'd obviously also have to airdrop into the stage, or fight on top of a moving battlebus.
