There's also a bonus XP weekend to help you finish your challenges.

Epic Games announced that Season 6 of the massively popular Fortnite: Battle Royale will be dropping on September 27, a week after the after week 10 of Season 5. Fortnite is offering additional Match XP to help players finish up Battle Passes before the new season.

Starting today and going on until September 24 at 5am PT/8am ET, Fortnite is offering an additional 400 percent Match XP weekend that should help unlock any remaining Battle Pass rewards before Season 6. A teaser is also expected sometime next week that will finally reveal the full theme of the new season.

So far, we've discovered a giant purple Cube that crushes buildings and turns lakes into purple bouncy pads. Who knows what will be waiting for us next week when the new season of Fortnite drops.

Fortnite Season 7 is here. We've got all the info, including the Fortnite Week 10 Challenges. We've also got The Fortnite Expedition Outpost Locations.
