"The Block" Has Just Landed in Fortnite

I got a block.

Fortnite is having a busy week with the announcement of Season 7 and Fortnite Creative. But live at The Game Awards Epic just dropped something in-game called "The Block." It's a space that will feature the most popular user-created content in Fortnite Creative.

So, the trailer might have been a little vague but "The Block" is literally exactly as it seems. A giant block just appeared on the island in Fortnite (crushing the rails) and this space will soon be populated with user-generated content. Fortnite plans on having votes to determine which user-generated content created in Fortnite Creative.

We'll have to see what this space will soon host but The Block is a very cool way to highlight the community on one of the biggest video game platforms on the planet. We'll have more info as Fortnite Season 7 gets underway.
