Fortnite's Playground Mode Returns Tomorrow

Fortnite's Playground Mode Returns Tomorrow

Playground will be back, hopefully better than ever.

Missed the first round of the Fortnite Playground mode? Good news, because the practice mode will be returning to Battle Royale tomorrow, on July 25.

The announcement comes from Epic in the tweet just below, which reveals that the Playground mode will be making its return to Fortnite tomorrow. The original launch of the Playground mode earlier this month didn't go as planned, with matchmaking issues forcing Epic to pull the mode for a few days before it returned to complete its limited run.

The tweet from the official Fortnite account just above mentions to keep an eye out for the full notes in patch 5.10, but this patch isn't actually out for Fortnite just yet. Fortnite V5.10 is due today, with downtime hitting Fortnite at 4 AM Eastern Time.

But before the Playground mode makes its return to Fortnite Battle Royale, the Birthday Challenges are kicking things off later today. Check out our full Fortnite Birthday Challenges guide, for a walkthrough of the two week event, as well as details on how you can earn some new Back Bling.
