Graveyard Keeper snuck into Xbox Game pass as one of this month's new games on Microsoft's subscription service. What's more, it comes to the service on the same day as its release, something that typically only happens with Microsoft first-party titles.
Graveyard Keeper puts players in the role of, well, a graveyard keeper, who must go about and build the best damn(ed) graveyard they can. Work the fields, build up the church, bury the dead, etc. It takes the village/farm sim and gives it a moribund twist. Check out the launch trailer below.
Graveyard Keeper is available on PC, Mac, Linux, and the Xbox One. It joins Doom and Rage which also joined the Xbox Game Pass Service during QuakeCon. Also announced for August wer Ryse: Son of Rome and Hitman: Season 1.
Xbox Game Pass is Microsoft's subscription service where for about $10 a month, players have unlimited access to the games included in the Game Pass library. New games are added regularly, but like video subscription services like Netflix, games also leave the service.
This month Xbox Game Pass loses 10 Second Ninja X, Pro Evolution Soccer 2018, and The Bridge along with the Xbox 360 titles Galga Legions DX, Pac-Man Museum, Soul Calibur 2 HD, and Tekken Tag Tournament 2. You can check out the full list of Xbox Game Pass games here.
