Here are the Original Xbox Games Coming to the Xbox One Tomorrow

Thirteen original Xbox games will become backwards compatible.

At this year's E3, Microsoft announced that the Xbox One will become backwards compatible with a select library of original Xbox games. Now, Microsoft finally revealed which 13 games the Xbox backwards compatibility library will launch with including games like Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Prince of Persia, and Psychonauts.

Starting tomorrow, October 24, 13 original Xbox games will be available for purchase on the Xbox Marketplace (some games are available now but won't be playable until tomorrow). Each backwards compatible games will come enhanced with 1080p resolution, higher framerates, and improvements such as faster load times.

The 13 launch games for the Xbox One include:

  • Black
  • Bloodrayne 2
  • Crimson Skies
  • Dead to Rights
  • Fuzion Frenzy
  • Grabbed by the Ghoulies
  • Neowave: The King of Fighters
  • Ninja Gaiden Black
  • Sid Meyer's Pirates!
  • Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
  • Psychonauts
  • Red Faction II
  • Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic

Each game will be available digitally for $9.99 or more, and will be playable tomorrow.
